Spray On Fireproofing
Cementitious fireproofing is the most commonly used material to help improve the structural integrity of buildings. This spray application helps ensure a uniform coating so that all parts of the structure are covered without gaps. Cementitious fireproofing is the quickest and most inexpensive method of protecting steel structures.
Intumescent Thin Films
Intumescent materials are those which expand when heat is applied to them. Intumescent fireproof coatings are relatively thin film, paint-like coatings, which are applied to structural steel. Spray-applied to act as a shield in the presence of fire, intumescent coatings and intumescent fire-resistive coatings protect the treated substrate.
Acoustical Sprays & Insulation
Acoustical Spray Insulations are products specifically tailored to meet acoustical, fire, and thermal requirements in exposed applications. They are typically sprayed on ceilings that will not be covered with wallboard such as restaurants, gynasiums, churches, etc.
Aerolon
Aerolon is part of a complete coatings system that includes specialty primers and topcoats. The primer bonds to the substrate to resist corrosion. Then Aerolon tightly adheres to the primer, and it’s finished with a thermal topcoat that features suspended ceramic beads for additional energy efficiency. The topcoat also adds UV resistance and stability.
